Setpad centralizes all the relevant information allowing to properly evaluate certain data concerning the workforce. It allows in a few clicks to have a real overview of the different costs, in addition to accounting and giving access to a multitude of reports, often saving us many errors and omissions.

It takes me three times less time to enter technicians' hours. The Quick entry feature allows me to add a technician without waiting for a contract to be assigned to them. I can thus quickly finalize the daily hours.
Also, when more than one team member have the same hours, I only have to copy them by clicking on the Copy hours button. It saves me data entry time. Setpad is an indispensable tool for timesheet management!

I have been using Setpad continuously for 2 years, and it has been a very suitable tool for the production and management of contracts, hot costs and, in my case, the calculation of timesheets.
I save a lot of time with the automatic timesheet calculation, which is always up to date with any modification to the collective agreement rules. For a production accountant like me, this tool is very important and necessary in my daily work.
Setpad is very user-friendly, and all PDF and Excel reports are easy to understand. And there is a report for pretty much everything we need!
