In the Timesheets tab, you’ll find the same platform used for the crew timesheets, but with a new “Actors” department.
By expanding the Actors department, you’ll see all the actors, which you can sort alphabetically or by role number. Time entry is set to ‘Automatic’ mode by default, but if you want to enter hours throughout the day, you can switch to ‘Manual’ mode in the light blue section.

In the same way you mark a crew member’s presence, you can move the presence slider to the center and enter the actor’s hours. An additional field for entering the first call time is also available. Time entries are in 15-minute increments (e.g., 7:00, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45)

The pencil icon at the end of the day provides several additional options to complete the day’s information, such as the episodes worked on or negotiated overages.

You have access to the daily timesheet for all performers (PDF), or you can send the individual actor’s daily timesheet directly by email (paper plane icon). If you have chosen to notify the agent (in the actor’s profile), they will also receive the individual timesheet by email.

For users with access, you will find the payment statement and an adjustment section at the bottom of each individual actor’s timesheet.

All payment statements are accessible in the same place as the calculated crew timesheets, at the bottom of the Timesheets tab.
