Here are the options for displaying the “Meals” mention at the bottom of the extra’s contract:
There is a catering option (yes/no) in the day settings under the Extras tab
There is a catering option (yes/no) at the bottom of the extra’s personal profile
If the option is set to “No” in the day’s settings: the message does not appear.
If the option is set to “Yes” in the settings and in the extra’s profile, but there is no catering amount in the Schedule and Set Calendar, a yellow triangle and the message “Meals??” appear on the extra’s contract to indicate that you must enter an amount in the production schedule.
If the option is set to “Yes” in the settings AND there is an amount for the caterer AND the caterer option is checked in the extra’s file, the message “Meal” appears, with the cost of the meal
If the option is set to “Yes” in the settings AND there is an amount for the caterer, BUT the caterer option is checked as “No” in the extra’s file, the message “Meal: No”
