Deactivate a contract #

it is possible to “deactivate” contracts rather than deleting them. When a contract is deactivated, it becomes invisible to those who enter timesheets in the “Timesheet” tab. On the other hand, it remains visible in the “Crew list” tab, but it will be in “gray”. You can also label the contract, which makes it easier to identify. For example, you could put a “Block 1” label on the contracts of the first block for example.

In the “Crew List” tab click the box to the far left of the name to deactivate/activate each contract. You can also enter the label name in the appropriate section of the contract. This label will appear under the person’s name.

Delete a contract #

You can remove a contract from the project in Setpad simply by clicking on the “x” to the far right of the technician’s name in the Crew List tab
