You have access at all times to exports of your weekly data in Setpad. You can generate an Excel export as well as several export formats compatible with accounting software such as Genie or TRT.
To enable exports, you must be in Pro mode and activate the feature in the Options section under the Project Management tab.
In the technician profile, you will find an “Export Key” field where you can enter each employee’s unique code linked to your accounting system.
Once activated, a new button will appear for the week in the Calendar and On-Set Schedule under the Production Schedule tab.
By clicking it, you can download an Excel file (or a document compatible with your accounting system) containing all the week’s data.
