Artist profile (actor contract) #

To create a new contract/artist profile, go to the “Crew List” tab and click on “new contract”. There are two options: Crew and Artists, choose “Artists” to create an artist contract.
In the same format as the technician profile, complete the information in the different fields to calculate the artists’ hours. You can add the artist’s agent’s email and indicate if you also want to email them the actor’s timesheet or payment statement.
By default, contracts are made directly under the UDA agreement, but you can indicate that it is a permitee or apprentice

You can enter a specific accounting code for a role as well as accounting codes for specific risidual rights.

In the guarantees section, you can enter the guarantees in the contract such as overtime, fittings, etc. in the appropriate section either “With” or “Without” the applicable residual rights. This table is dynamic, it will automatically update (negotiated stamp) when you modify a guarantee.

This table of guarantees will be found in a PDF document by clicking on the “Annex” button.

The “History” button allows you to follow in real time the balance of guarantees. It includes all the guarantees negotiated in the contract, the total paid to date as well as the balance of guarantees to be paid. This individual history for each actor is also accessible for the whole team in “Lists and utilities”.

You will find the lists and tools specific to actors by clicking on “Lists and utilities” in the upper right corner of the team list: Check, Balance and guaranties as well as the table of Gains paided for the entire team. You have access to the history of each actor directly in their individual file (contract). Under the “Production schedule” tab you will find for the artists the “Cumulative days worked” which includes the list of artists by episode.
