You can enter a travel day (without working hours) for the whole on-set crew or individually.

Travel for the entire on-set crew #

In the Production Schedule tab, choose the travel day. With the pencil set the day to a “Off” day then, once the day is in “Off” mode, use the pencil to choose “travel off day”. You will be able to enter the number of hours for traveling. You can also enter a per diem for the whole on-set crew.

All persons present for this day will have these hours of travel as well as a per diem if indicated.

Individual traveling hours #

You can enter travel time individually by going to a technician’s individual timesheet in the Timesheets tab.

If you do not enter any working hours and only commuting travel time (CTT), Setpad will understand that it is a travel day and will pay it at the set travel rate.
