The Setpad team is committed to offering you the best possible experience for the transition to the new collective agreements. Here’s how to keep your past or current productions under the old agreements.
Grandfather clause
It is possible for productions already in progress and wishing to take advantage of the grandfather clause to check the grandfathering option for the AQTIS or DGC (CQGCR) agreements in the Project management tab of their project.
When this option is enabled, Setpad will continue to apply the rules of the old agreement, even after the new agreements are implemented in Setpad. You will see a message appear telling you that your project is grandfathered in the Project Management tab as well as on the timesheets.
Also make sure that your previous or inactive productions are grandfathered under the old agreements. Because Setpad is a tool that calculates your timesheets in real time, hence the importance of always downloading your team’s weekly timesheets to retain information.
