Multiple schedules are a solution offered by Setpad for calculating the timesheets of several crews filming simultaneously.

Enabling multiple schedules on the project #

To enable multiple schedules in your project, go to the Project Management tab, then click on “Options”. Under the “Miscellaneous” tab, select the number of schedules you want to “Use several schedules in parallel”

Multiple shooting schedules #

To enter your schedules, go to the day and enter the different schedules as you usually do for a singular one. All the options of the day are accessible with the “pencil”

Multiple schedules in timesheets #

You can specify in which schedule the technician is assigned to in his contract, e.g. whether they generally belong to schedule A, B or C.  Note that by default the contracts are assigned to schedule A.

You can also change the choice of schedule directly with the “pencil” to the day itself in the    technician’s individual timesheet or for the entire team by the day for each technician.
