If you see a red exclamation point in the list of your contracts, this indicates that the rate negotiated in this contract is lower than the MHR (minimum hourly rate) or the MDR (minimum daily rate) provided for in the agreement. Sometimes it may only be a dollar difference, but Setpad will show it to you.

To remove the exclamation point, simply set the rate to the minimum rate and save.

Usually, the MHR or MDR is visible on the right in the box for this purpose.
