Setpad allows you to sort personal information from the technician’s file in an Excel spreadsheet. So you can reuse this information by sorting the spreadsheet for example by emergency contacts or by allergies, etc.

Go to the “Crew List” tab and click on the “Crew” tool, under “Lists & utilities”. Select Model A or B from the crew list. By going to the very bottom of the crew list, click on “send PDF and Excel”. An email will then be sent to you containing the crew list in PDF format as well as an Excel document containing all the personal information of the technician’s file in a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet can be sorted according to your needs.
