The CTT (commuting travel time) concerns the travel time that the technician must make to get to the shooting location outside the regular perimeter, i.e. “outside the zone”, while the WT (work travel time) concerns the travel time worked by the technician to get to the shooting location. For example, the person who drives a production truck to the set.
