There are three plans for using the Setpad app. The Indie plan, the Premium plan, and the Pro plan. Here below is the general information about the three plans. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or arrangements, we are here to facilitate your productions.
Indie Plan #
This plan is offered for very small productions that know in advance that they will not exceed 10 technicians for their entire project. It is free, but if you upgrade to the Premium or Pro plan during production, the calculated timesheets generated since the beginning of the project will be billed to you when you upgrade to the higher plan. It is reserved for small independent productions or for training or testing.
With the Independent plan, you can create up to 10 contracts and a maximum of 10 calculated timesheets per week. You’ll have access to In and Out and remittances, but not the Hot Costs. This plan is for single user and does not include contract detail lists or allowances.
You can use 10 contracts for free, but this is for all your projects. For example, if you have 2 projects, the 10 free contracts are for both projects (5 contracts in one project and 5 contracts max in the other).
Premium Plan #
This plan is used in solo mode with all the features of Setpad (Hot Costs, In and Out, contract details and allowances, etc.) without limit on contracts or timesheets. The difference with the Pro plan is that it is not possible to invite collaborators to work with you during your project. Note that your plan will not be billed until you generate at least 3 calculated timesheets per week. This means that at the start of the project, you can take the time necessary to create your contracts and your schedule without being billed for the plan. When you generate more than 3 timesheets per week, we will charge for the plan as well as the calculated timesheets. Timesheets generated before will simply be accumulated and billed when you receive the first invoice of your plan. It will be the same at the end of your project. If you generate less than 3 timesheets per week (such as in editing), the plan will not be charged to you. When there is no more activity in your project, we will accumulate the last calculated timesheets and bill these with your last invoice (without the plan fees). Note that you can always upgrade from the Premium plan to the Pro plan.
Pro Plan #
The Pro plan is the most user-friendly and efficient way to work with Setpad. This plan is used in collaborative mode, which means that you can invite up to 10 collaborators to work at the same time in Setpad while keeping different privileged accesses. Imagine having collaborators creating contracts, while others enter hours worked for others to approve and complete the payroll. This mode comes with all the features of Setpad (Hot Costs, In and Out, contract and allowance details, etc.) without contract or timesheet limits.
Note that your plan and collaborators will not be billed until you generate at least 10 calculated timesheets per week. This means that at the start of the project, you can take the time necessary to create your contracts and your schedule without being billed for the plan. When you generate more than 10 timesheets per week, we will bill for the plan, the collaborators as well as the calculated timesheets. Timesheets generated before will simply be accumulated and billed when you receive the first invoice of your plan. It will be the same at the end of your project. If you generate less than 10 timesheets per week (such as in wrap/post production), the plan will not be charged to you. When there is no more activity in your project, we will accumulate the last calculated timesheets and invoice them with your last invoice (without the plan or collaborator fees).
This plan gives you free access to Setpad’s companion app, Setpad Perso as well as Department Managers/Representatives
